You are coached through the lunar cycle with each day bringing new insights, practices, and opportunities for growth, allowing you to deepen your connection with yourself and the natural world around you.

Throughout this journey, you’ll learn to sync various elements of holistic wellness, including nutrition, fitness, relaxation, self-care and spiritual wellness practices with the lunar cycle, and you’ll discover a more intuitive and balanced approach to health and well-being that has the potential to be life-changing.

Physical activity is a crucial component of holistic wellness, and the Moonlit Pathway offers a unique approach to exercise that aligns with lunar energies. By tuning into the Moon’s phases, you’ll discover the most beneficial types of movement for each stage of the cycle, allowing you to honour your body’s natural rhythms and energy levels.

Our programme includes a diverse range of activities, from gentle, restorative practices to more intense, energising workouts. You’ll have access to interactive app-supported workouts, Live Workout sessions, personalised recommendations, and tips for incorporating moon-inspired movement into your daily routine

Nourishment Through The Lunar Cycles

One of the core aspects of the Moonlit Pathway is aligning our nutrition with the lunar phases. By adjusting our diet to complement each phase and what it represents, we can optimise our energy levels, digestion, and overall well-being.  The Moon is a wonderful guide, encouraging awareness around areas such as gut health and immune support, macro-nutrient balance, and detoxification.  We can also work with the lunar phases in a unique and deeply empowering way to achieve fat loss goals following a holistic health-based approach. 

During the programme, you’ll receive phase-specific meal plans, recipes, and nutritional guidance. You will be guided with natural health supportive approaches, lunar fat loss, and even how to create moon-infused water!

Throughout your first lunar cycle and beyond, you’ll have numerous opportunities to connect, share experiences, and learn from others. Our learning platform delivers the lunar-living educational content and guidance and our community group provides a safe space for discussion, celebration, and mutual support, fostering deep connections that extend far beyond the programme’s duration as you immerse yourself in the practices and allow your lunar-living to approach embed over the cycles of the year. This is not an end-date programme, lunar-living is a way of life. Once you have completed the initial programme, you will have the option to continue with a cyclical membership.
