Welcome to The Moonlit Pathway!
My name is Lisa, and I am so pleased to guide you on this journey. My own path to connecting with the Moon has been one of gradual discovery and growing wonder; a fascination with her beauty and mystery has grown over the years into what has now become a profound relationship with her cycles and energies.
Through personal exploration and spiritual growth, I’ve come to understand how the Moon’s phases influence our energy, emotions, and even our daily lives. From observing shifts in my own energy, emotions, dream states and sleep patterns to witnessing how the Moon affects others—whether it’s my child, my dog, or even a classroom of teenagers—I’ve cultivated an understanding of her power. This awareness has inspired me to align my life with the rhythms of the lunar cycle, deepening my connection to nature along the way.

I have been passionate about health and wellness for many years, as both an athlete and a coach, however a pivotal moment came earlier this year when I committed to tracking my energy and performance over an entire lunar cycle. Running daily under the Moon’s influence, I discovered how her phases could provide stability and insight, even as I navigate the transitions of peri-menopause. This experiment became a gateway to attuning more fully to all the Moon’s phases—not just the Full Moon—and finding balance and alignment in the process.
In all the years, I have never followed such a powerful, intuitive approach to health and wellness. My personal experiences and developing lunar practices have enriched my life and inspired me to create this pathway to share with others.

The Moon reminds us that we are not separate from nature but are, in fact, part of its endless cycles and rhythms. I am feeling a collective reawakening to ancient wisdom, a remembering of the rhythms our ancestors once lived by and for many of us, myself included, this reconnection feels like coming home—to ourselves, to nature, and to something far greater. By reconnecting to these rhythms, we can ground ourselves, heal, and live in harmony with the world around us.

This is the essence of The Moonlit Pathway—a space to reconnect, reflect, and align with the natural cycles as we become healthier versions of ourselves. Together, we’ll explore health and wellness practices and insights to deepen our connection to the Moon and to ourselves, embracing the wisdom of ancient traditions and applying it in ways that enrich our modern lives.
I am so excited to walk this path with you as I bring together my experience and passion as a Teacher, Nutrition Consultant, Fitness Trainer, Energy Healer, Natural Health Advocate, Healing Circle Leader, and Moon Lover to guide you through the lunar cycle.
